Terms of Service

Placeholder. These Terms will be replaced with the Termly-generated document before public launch. The text below is a reasonable interim plain-language summary while we get the proper legal documentation in place.

1. The short version

QR Stack is a tool for creating QR codes — static and dynamic — and managing them in a dashboard. By signing up, you agree to use it lawfully and not abuse the service. We agree to keep it running, keep your data private, and let you cancel anytime.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account per person/organization. Don't share your password.

3. Acceptable use

No QRs pointing to illegal content (CSAM, malware, phishing, etc.)
No automated scraping or DoSing the API
No reselling QR Stack itself as your own product
Don't upload files you don't have rights to

We may suspend accounts that violate these — usually with a warning first.

4. Free vs paid

The Free plan is free forever, with the limits described on our pricing page. Pro is $12 USD/month or $120 USD/year, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

If something is genuinely broken on our end, email hello@qrstack.io within 14 days of charge and we'll refund. Outside that window, no refunds — but you keep access until the period ends.

6. Data, hosting, and isolation

Your data is stored on a Hostinger VPS (US datacenter). Your account is multi-tenant isolated — no other customer can see your QRs, products, links, or analytics. Daily database backups + VPS-level snapshots via Hostinger.

7. Liability

QR Stack is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we're not liable for indirect damages from outages, lost scans, or anything similar. If you need an SLA, that's a Business-plan conversation.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes (e.g. pricing, data handling) will be emailed to active accounts at least 30 days in advance.
